Yoga Pods
Do you want to practice yoga in a private, serene space with a few of your friends and relatives? If so, you can create a yoga pod at our new Delray Beach location. Our yoga pods are for 2-5 people. Invite your friends and family and make your own private pod. You can book regular classes, or individual events. Semi-private yoga classes are a fun, healthy way to celebrate a birthday (for you or a friend), have a girl’s night out, bachelorette party, moms outings, wedding shower or a birthday party for your teenager.

Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is form of energy healing that uses prana, or universal energy, to balance the chakras and heal ailments resulting from energy imbalances. Sound Healing
Integral Sound Healing integrates modern science, ancient wisdom, music and the healing arts.
